Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on T-Shirts and Long Sleeve items that have been tried on without protective clothing. These items must be returned with original packaging seals intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item back to us at the address provided in your return instructions

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same item in a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your preferred size/color
  3. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  4. If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

Final Sale Items
