Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works:
Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging required
- Proof of purchase necessary
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on T-Shirts and Long Sleeve items that have been tried on without protective clothing. These items must be returned with original packaging seals intact.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:

- Include your order number and details about the product you’re returning
- We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages

- If approved:
- Refunds issued to your original payment method

Exchanges
For exchanges of the same item in a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your preferred size/color
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
